The owner said my phone number was incorrect, but fortunately I checked my email..the original guide was unavailable but he secured someone at the last minute. This was unacceptable as one of our party had a broken ankle which is why we needed a car tour. We didn’t hear from him until we contested the charge. He is trying to only offer a small part of the fee as a refund”
